I'm not happy with my score - what can I do?

When you get the result of your IELTS exam you may feel that it is wrong and that you did better in a part or all
of the exam. If this happens you can ask IELTS to check your work and either confirm your score or give you a
new one. This is called an EoR - Enquiry on Result.

Remember:

- You have to pay for this service, and it is not cheap.
- You have to apply for this service through the exam centre where you took your exam
- You have to ask within four weeks of taking the exam.
- Your fee will be refunded only if your mark goes up.
- Your mark can also go down!

Think carefully about why you feel the score is unfair before paying - not many people get a higher
score when they ask for this service. Are you right to think it should be higher?
