Active IELTS - terms and conditions
What you need to know about Active IELTS

It is important for you to understand the terms and conditions of our service.

The good news:

Your work is private. If you send us work to correct then the only person who sees it is the person who corrects it. Any communication you have
with us is private too.

We don’t keep your document once we have finished doing business with you. Once you get your corrected work back and tell us you have it, we
delete it from our files. If you decide not to use our service once you see our price, we delete your document immediately.

Your document belongs to you and we have no rights over it. Neither will we share any part of it with other people.

We don’t collect unnecessary information about you. We only need you to give us your e-mail address. If you decide to pay for a correction or an
interview, then PayPal will collect more information – see their sites for more details.

When you visit our site, our server collects information in logs regarding the pages you request, your IP address, and whether the server was able
to successfully send you the page requested. These logs are used for diagnostic and maintenance purposes, and to produce aggregated
statistics which we need to improve our services.

Payment is secure. All our payments are done with PayPal.

The bad news:

We are not responsible for any wrong information on the Active IELTS site. All information on the site is right as far as we know, but things change.

The questions that you see on the site are not real. They are written to give you an idea of what to expect in the exam and to help you practice only.
Any differences between them and the IELTS exam are not our responsibility.

We are not responsible for your work in the IELTS exam or the score that you get. Our opinion about your work and about the IELTS exam is not
that of the IELTS exam and the IELTS organisations. We will not give you a score for your work - only comments.

We are not responsible for any problems if you give us the wrong e-mail address or if there are problems with your e-mail address and you do not
receive your document.

We are not responsible for any problems you have trying to call us that are caused by problems with your telephone or VOIP service.

If you do not receive the document in the time we have specified, it is your responsibility to contact us. If we are responsible for a delay but you do
not tell us about it, we will not issue a refund.

We will only issue refunds if we delay the correction of your document and so do not send it to you within the time limit you have specified. We will
not issue a refund for work that you think is not done well.

Once we have successfully sent the document, we are not responsible for any problems you have receiving it because something went wrong
with your computer, internet connection or e-mail service.

Computer viruses can be transmitted via email. You should always check emails and any attachments for the presence of viruses. Although
Active IELTS takes reasonable precautions to ensure no viruses are present in emails we send, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or
damage caused by this email or attached documents.

If we receive a document which we cannot understand, we will not be able to correct it. We will provide you with a full refund and delete your
document from the site.

This site is owned and operated by Active IELTS.com and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy,
reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software. Unauthorized use of
any portion of this site may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

We can refuse or cancel any order made for a correction or an interview if we decide it is not appropriate for our service. In this case we will give
you your money back.

If you pay for an interview, you must call us. We can't call you.

At the time of your interview we will wait 15 minutes for your call. No more. If you have a problem calling us, you can e-mail to arrange a new time
and day. But you can only do this once.
